How to plan a week you can actually keep
A short Sunday routine that turns a messy list into a calm plan.

Most weekly plans fail because they are wish lists. A plan you can keep starts with what is already fixed: work hours, school runs, appointments.
Put those on the timeline first. Then pick three things that would make the week a good one, and give each a real slot.
Everything else goes on a short list for spare time. If the week goes sideways, you only move three blocks, not thirty.
